Payment

Payments are accepted through bank transfer or Paypal, a secure on-line payment system which is very easy to use. You may already have an account. If not, you don’t need to sign up to use this service, and can pay directly through Paypal by credit card. Here’s how:

1.) Click Check out with PayPal and you’ll be redirected to PayPal. Instead of choosing to pay with your PayPal account, select Pay with Debit or Credit Card.
2.) You’ll be prompted to fill in your billing and credit card information.
3.) Enter your email address so PayPal can send you a receipt.
4.) Click Continue to return to Etsy. Your payment isn’t sent until you click Submit order on Etsy.

Note: PayPal places restrictions on how often you can use their Guest Checkout feature. If you run into any trouble or have any questions about PayPal’s Guest Checkout, please contact PayPal directly.
Production
ftwp objects are made to order. All handmade in limited editions.
Depending on the model, Please allow 2 to 10 days for crafting and production.
Shipping
Orders are shipped by registered air mail with a tracking code.
Shipping from Israel usually take 8-21 weeks, delivery times are estimated, delay may occur by post, custom or holiday.
Shipping Rates
Registered airmail (8-12 weeks) $15 wordwide
Express airmail (2-3 business days) $30 worldwide (please contact me to make sure production time meet your needs)
Taxes: It is the buyer responsibility to pay any taxes that customs might claim.

Refund, Return and Exchange
We are 100% committed to customer satisfaction – If you are unhappy with your order for any reason we will be more than willing to work with you until the issue is fully resolved.

ftwp will accept returns of new, unworn product for full refund or exchange from a purchase on our Website within 21 days of the delivery date.

If your item has been purchased from one of our retailers, please contact the retailer for their return policy. We cannot accept returns for items purchased through a third party retailer.
Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

All shipping, customs and taxes caused by the refund/return/exchange package will be at the sole responsibility of the customer – a price which will be deducted from the refund itself or requested via Paypal in cases of an exchange.

Shipping fees are nonrefundable.
Please make sure the package is insured, if it will get lost, we will not be able to issue a refund.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for Custom or personalized orders

DELIVERY OF GOODS

ftwp retains right and title to the products you order until you have made payment in full for those products. While all efforts are made to ensure the safe and timely delivery of products, you agree that ftwp does not bear the risk nor is it liable for any loss or damage to the products whilst they are in transit and that the risk of such loss or damage to products passes to you once they are in transit or are in the process of being delivered by the delivery contractor.

Repairs:

Please include in the mail: Your name, description of issue, photograph of the damaged piece, date and proof of purchase.
We will review the information and reply with assessment and further instructions. In case of a repair being initiated we reserve the right to repair or replace according to our judgment.
We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns and exchanges.
All repairs are subject to shipping charges.
If purchased from another stockiest please contact the original stockiest from where your piece was purchased. In case they are unable to help you we will do our best to assist.
